Ring Gear

It is a power transmitting member in epicyclical gear box. This part in made off steel and hot forming process. Currently we are producing a small gear which is used to transmit powers in case of gear box and differentials, it also used for motion transmission in case of rack and pinion mechanism.

Planetary Gear

Planet Gear is used for Passenger vehicles and are precise machining parts with twist-controlled grinding & ID honing having DIN standard 7 accuracy. Epicyclical gearing or planetary gearing is a gear system consisting of one or more outer, or planet, gears or pinions, revolving about a central sun gear or sun wheel. Typically, the planet gears are mounted on a movable arm or carrier, which itself may rotate relative to the sun gear.
